Two former Green Bay Packers assistant coaches, part of the recent purge after the team's first losing season since 2008, are now working with the Oakland Raiders.
The Raiders hired Edgar Bennett, the Packers' former offensive coordinator, as wide receivers coach - a role he previously played in Green Bay.
They also picked Mike Trgovac to play the same role he played with the Packers, defensive line coach.
Bennett was with Green Bay from 2001-17 as a coach and player development staff member. Beforehand, he played with the Packers during their heyday in the 1990's, including time when Raiders head coach Jon Gruden was an assistant under Mike Holmgren.
Trgovac was the Packers' defensive line coach from 2009-17.
The Raiders' general manager, Reggie McKenzie, also worked in scouting and player personnel before becoming Oakland's GM in 2012.
