McCarthy said WR Geronimo Allison saw core injury specialist William Meyer in Philadelphia and he has a significant injury. Meyer operated on Damarious Randall and Quinten Rollins in recent years and sounds like he will be operating on Allison.— Tom Silverstein (@TomSilverstein) November 5, 2018
On Saturday, Allison was downgraded to doubtful with what was described as a groin injury.
So far this year, Allison has 20 catches for 303 receiving yards and two touchdown receptions.
His immediate backup, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, has 17 receptions for 358 receiving yards and two scores of his own.
