The good news for the Green Bay Packers: Three players improved in their outlook for playing Sunday in a must-win game against the Cleveland Browns.
The bad news: There was no improvement in a position where they desperately need better health - cornerback.
Linebackers Ahmad Brooks (back) and Jake Ryan (neck/illness) each had an improved status on the Thursday injury report. Brooks rose from limited participation to full, while Ryan - who missed practice Wednesday, was a full practice participant.
Additionally, defensive tackle Quinton Dial (chest) practiced in a limited role Thursday after missing Wednesday.
However, starting cornerback Davon House (shoulder) and backup Demetri Goodson (hamstring) both missed practice today. They also missed Wednesday. That position is already injury-riddled with Kevin King out for the season.
