The role swing voters will play in midterm elections

Wisconsin politics remain polarized. Voters in the two parties can't even agree on how the economy is doing. 

Numbers show a state split in two, who see the world in mutually exclusive ways.

But Journal Sentinel political writer Craig Gilbert says that “is an incomplete and misleading picture.”
