A report out of South Carolina says that video from a police department in South Carolina contradicts the claim from an NAACP leader there that police racially profiled him.

Newsobserver.com says Jarred Moultrie, the president of the Timmonsville, SC NAACP shared on social media that he was being racially profiled because he was driving a Mercedes Benz. The story says that the video seen above counteracts that statement.
