J.J. Watt donates $10,000 to family of Sun Prairie firefighter killed in explosion

NFL star and former Wisconsin Badger J.J. Watt is pitching in to help the family of fallen Sun Prairie firefighter Cory Barr.

The NFL's Walter Payton Man of the Year donated $10,000 to a GoFundMe account that had been set up for the Barr family just hours earlier.

Watt's charity work is well-known after helping to raise more than $37 million for people affected by Hurricane Harvey. Watt also has a connection to firefighters. His father served for 28 years.
