Report: Jared Cook to sign with Raiders

A report says that a Packers free agent tight end, no longer needed in Green Bay after two free agent signings, is heading to Oakland.

NFL.com's Ian Rapoport says that the Oakland Raiders are signing Jared Cook.

Cook played one year in Green Bay, catching 30 passes for 377 yards and a touchdown in the regular season, plus making the catch that led to the game-winning field goal in the playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Packers signed tight ends Martellus Bennett and Lance Kendricks (a Milwaukee native) in recent days.
