Report: Despite knee injury, Chiefs' quarterback Patrick Mahomes practices for game against Packers

It looks as if the National Football League's MVP is trying to work ahead of schedule at Kansas City Chiefs practice in recovery from his knee injury - and get himself on the field for Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers.

Adam Teicher of ESPN says that Patrick Mahomes would practice Wednesday.

Mahomes dislocated a kneecap in last Thursday's game against the Denver Broncos.

Most estimations had his return coming within three weeks of the injury, but Mahomes apparently is trying to see if he can come back earlier.
