LaFleur: "We know we have a great opponent in the Detroit Lions"

The Green Bay Packers are currently 4-1, and leading the NFC North.

On tap for Week 6 is a big match-up with the Lions.

"The goal is to go 1-0 each and every week," says head coach Matt LaFleur. "We know we have a great opponent in the Detroit Lions who are sitting 2-1-1, and very easily could be 4-0 right now. The bottom line is, whoever wins this game is going to be in command of the North."

LaFleur, an offensive head coach, will take on Matt Patricia, a defensive head coach.

Larry McCarren asked LaFleur, "Does that add a little juice?"

"Yeah, I guess so. Or the fact that we both are coming off Achilles injuries. I don't know which is better," joked LaFleur.

The new Packers head coach is wrapping up his first trip through NFC North. His first impressions are impressive.

"It's just how competitive the division is. You better bring your A game each and every week."
