The Hausers have reportedly made a statement about their discernment on where they will play college basketball next.

"We hope to make a decision in the next few days, but a final decision hasn't been made yet. ... and we never previously committed to Wisconsin."
A report says that two brothers who have left Marquette University's men's basketball program have decided not to transfer to one of their rivals 75 miles west.
Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the Wisconsin Badgers will not be getting the services of forwards Sam and Joey Hauser, who come from Stevens Point, Wis.

San played three years at MU, averaging 12.7 points per contest. Joey, a freshman, had 9.7 points per contest last year.
The news comes on an incredibly hard day for UW, for a much greater reason. As of early Saturday evening, assistant coach Howard Moore was in a coma with his wife and daughter killed after a crash in Michigan.
