MILWAUKEE -- Kris Zocco has been charged with homicide in the 2013 death and disappearance of Milwaukee woman Kelly Dwyer.
Zocco was charged Monday with first degree reckless homicide, hiding a corpse, and strangulation & suffocation.
Dwyer went missing in 2013. Her body was discovered in May of 2015 in rural Jefferson County.
Zocco had previously been arrested and sentenced to 19 years in prison for a child pornography charge in 2015. He faces an additional 76 years in prison if convicted of all counts.
