Germantown cheese theft follows Marshfield caper

Police are investigating multiple cheese capers in Wisconsin.
A semi-trailer full of $70,000 of cheese was stolen in Germantown early Friday morning.  The trailer was later discovered in Milwaukee, with the cheese missing.
"We have recovered the trailer, minus the cheese," said Lt. Todd Grenier.  "This was not a one or two person job."
The incident comes days after cheese thieves struck in Marshfield.
"About $90,000 worth of Parmesan cheese is missing," said Lt. Darren Larson.
Police are still trying to determine what the thieves are doing with the cheese.
