Donald Trump holds emotional rally in Green Bay, cites 'rigged election'

22 days before the general election, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is making a pitch to voters in a state where he trails by single digits in the latest polls.

Trump spoke Monday at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay.

Trump was seven points behind Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton according to the Marquette University Law school poll of Wisconsin voters released last week.

It was taken during the time of the release of video revealing Trump's comments regarding the subject of sexual assault.  The Marquette poll showed a 20 point swing in specific days' polling, but it was completed before the second Trump-Clinton debate.
