MILWAUKEE- Charges have been filed Wednesday against a man accused of shooting and killing a 3-year-old girl on Milwaukee's north side.
Antonio Bratcher faces one count of first degree reckless homicide, five counts of recklessly endangering safety, one count of possession of a firearm by a felon and one count of fleeing and eluding an officer.
Bratcher is accused of killing three-year old Brooklyn Harris on Saturday. He allegedly shot into a car driven by the girl's mother. Police say they believe a traffic incident between the two vehicles preceded the shooting.
If found guilty, Bratcher could be sentenced to life in prison.
